"Wish I hadn’t waited so long"
I really regret sticking it out as long as I did. My issue never actually got fixed, and every time I followed up, it felt like they were just pushing it off again instead of solving anything.

"Pricing was really unclear"

"Canceling Was Way More Hassle Than It Should’ve Been"
I tried to cancel and it turned into a frustrating process. It took way longer than expected, and every time I reached out, support wasn’t very clear about what was actually happening. It also felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, I kept getting passed around or given vague answers. Not a great experience.

Yeah, I mean, the whole accommodation coordination thing was frustrating, honestly. It felt disorganized, and I just didn’t really feel like things were handled smoothly. So, yeah, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Fees felt a bit hidden"
Booking on Balieasy started out smoothly, and at first I thought I was getting a decent deal. But by the time I got closer to checkout, the total had crept up more than I expected.

A few extra fees showed up later in the process, and that always makes me suspicious. I don’t really trust the polished wording companies use to make it sound normal, I’d rather just see the full cost upfront without having to dig for it.

Customer service was fine, nothing awful there, but I still came away feeling like I didn’t fully understand what I had paid for. I wouldn’t call it a terrible site, but they really need to be clearer about fees from the start

"Late Airport Pickup"
I booked an airport transfer, and the weird part is the driver showed up almost 40 minutes late with no real update or explanation. We were just standing outside the airport tired and waiting, which was frustrating after a long trip.

"Still Felt Confused After Reaching Out"
I’ve dealt with customer support from other companies before, so I know it can take a little back and forth sometimes. But in this case, even though they kept replying, I never really got clear answers to my questions. It felt like they were responding without actually explaining what I needed to know.

Used balieasy.com recently and had a good experience. Team was professional from the start, replies were clear, and didn’t make the whole process feel complicated.

Giving 4 stars only because one update took a little longer than I expected. Still, happy overall and would use them again.

"Impressive Consistency, Just Not in a Good Way"
The driver managed to be late again, which I guess is kind of impressive if consistency is what they were going for. Unfortunately, they never actually showed up twice, so the whole experience was frustrating

i tried balieasy.com and it was okay overall. nothing really felt super sketchy while i was using it. the pages loaded fine, and the checkout looked normal with the usual secure connection showing in my browser.

i just wish they were more upfront about things like safety standards, how they handle data, and who to reach out to if there’s a problem. it’s not a bad site, but it didn’t totally put my mind at ease either. i’d call it a 3 star experience.

"Felt Really Unwelcoming"
I didn’t have a great experience here. The staff came off rude and didn’t seem interested in helping much at all. It had that weird feeling like there wasn’t really a friendly person there to talk to, just people trying to get you out of the way.

"Couldn’t really customize my trip"
I had a hard time customizing my itinerary through Balieasy. The options felt limited, and the changes I asked for didn’t really show up the way I expected (which was frustrating). Communication was also slower than I would’ve liked, so I was left feeling unsure about what the final plan actually was. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me.

"Frustrating visa help experience"
I used Bali Easy for visa assistance i wasn’t happy with the experience. The replies were slow, and I kept getting transferred between people, which made it even more confusing. Half the time I wasn’t sure who I was supposed to talk to or what the next step was. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me it was stressful and didn’t really feel worth the money.

"Payment worked out, just a little slow"
I used Balieasy and the payment did go through in the end, so no real issue there. It just took longer than I thought it would, and for a minute I was kind of wondering if something had gone wrong. You know how it is when the confirmation doesn’t show up right away and you start checking your email, then the page, then your email again. Support got back to me later and everything was fine. Overall it wasn’t bad, but it could feel a bit more smooth and reassuring.

"Pretty frustrating when I needed to change dates"
I tried to change my dates and thought it would be a simple thing, but they just said no. Didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much either, which was annoying because I wasn’t asking for anything crazy, just... yeah. Not a great experience

I’m probably a bit picky when it comes to websites I haven’t used before, but balieasy.com just didn’t give me much confidence. The information felt kind of vague, and I couldn’t really figure out who was behind it or exactly what I’d be getting. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind that, but personally I don’t like taking chances with my payment details. I ended up closing the site without ordering anything

I was trying to make a booking, but the whole process felt more confusing than it needed to be. I had to try a few times before it finally went through, and it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do next at each step. Kind of frustrating when you just want to get it done quickly
