I really regret sticking it out as long as I did. My issue never actually got fixed, and every time I followed up, it felt like they were just pushing it off again instead of solving anything.

I couldn’t tell what the prices were supposed to be. It felt way more confusing than it needed to be, and whoever runs this really needs to make the pricing clearer.
